Mana Mokopuna - Children and Young People's Commission Information Rules

These information rules are secondary legislation. We must use them when we collect and amplify the voices of mokopuna, conduct inquiries, help mokopuna in resolution of their issues, and in our oversight of the oranga tamariki system.

It supports our work while protecting the privacy of people we engage with.

These rules do not apply to our OPCAT function which are under a different set of rules to protect people’s privacy.
